Napa Valley Boutique Wine

Spiridon is an ancient Greek name derived from the Latin "spiritus" (spirit), and also the given name of Saint Spiridon, the 4th century bishop of Cyprus, who, because of a miracle he performed, later became the patron saint of potters.

The art of pottery is a physical example of a miracle - turning raw earth into sophisticated vessels.  For me, wine making is also a miracle - the turning of raw fruit into elegant wines.

The essence of Spiridon wine is my way of blending the spirit and miracle of my Old World Greek roots with the richness and complexity of the Napa Valley terroir.
